Mass graves of the victims, places where bodies were burned, a chapel-mausoleum, and a monument dedicated to the murdered are situated ca. 9 km to the north of Wejherowo, within 250 hectares of forest areas.
Today Piaśnica Wielka is a place of patriotic celebrations, and a National and Religious Sanctuary. The Sanctuary remains in the custody of the parish of Christ the King and the blessed sister Alicja Kotowska. In a church situated at 2 Narutowicza Street in Wejherowo there is a chapel dedicated to the Martyrs from Piaśnica Wielka.
